Last updated: April 2026
By accessing or using Scout Gap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Scout Gap is a market intelligence subscription service that provides daily AI-generated business opportunity briefs. Our platform analyses market signals to identify high-demand, low-supply gaps and delivers actionable intelligence to subscribers.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or gain additional free access is a violation of these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date.
3. Subscription Terms
Scout Gap offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free — $0 AUD. Limited access to opportunity briefs.
- Scout — $12 AUD per month or $99 AUD per year.
- Hunter — $39 AUD per month or $349 AUD per year.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan's features until then.
If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier, the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on the higher-tier plan.
4. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will review billing disputes on a case-by-case basis and issue corrections where appropriate.
